Casa Elegante is a gem of a house located in Isabel Segunda with many top of the line, high-end, and luxurious features. Set in the hills, it offers 200-degree views of the Caribbean Sea to the North and is a short walk away from the town's restaurants and shops. Casa Elegante has three bedrooms and three full size bathrooms, tropical garden, pool and expansive roof deck, and enjoys lots of natural light & trade breezes.

The house, on a little more than 1/4 acre, was rebuilt and redesigned by EDK Construction, one of the best contractors on Vieques. It features upscale construction including slate ceramic floor tiles and custom hard wood doors inside, and lava tiles on the pool deck. Mini-Split air conditioners are throughout each room if need be, and all is protected by an alarm system. No expense was spared as the garden was professionally landscaped with Royal Palms, Fan Palms, mango and key-lime trees as well.

The media room is ideal for binge-watching your favorite Netflix show, while the game room is large enough to fit a full-size pool table. The game room leads to two separate study rooms (each with their own ocean views), and two of the bedrooms.

The master bedroom has its own entrance onto the back patio and garden area, as well as its own ensuite master bathroom. The master bathroom has Kohler fixtures, including dual sinks, toilet, bidet, Jacuzzi bathtub and a separate walk in shower. One can relax in the Jacuzzi while taking in the peaceful view of the tropical garden. The master bathroom leads to a secluded and relaxing sundeck, equipped with an outdoor shower, wet bar and an 8 x 40-foot pool with a beautiful water feature.

Between the rear of the house and the terraced garden is an 85 by 30-foot tiled patio, perfect for dining and entertaining. For more private moments of quiet contemplation, one end of the patio is a Zen garden. In addition to all of this is a 2000 square foot roof deck, ideal for sunbathing and entertaining with panoramic views of Vieques and the Caribbean Sea.
